The Office of Parking Services is a separate division from the University Police Department. This office is managed and controlled by UT Southwestern Auxiliary Enterprises. The Parking Services Office is located in the Information Building on the McDermott Plaza breezeway area near the main campus pedestrian crosswalk.

Parking Services personnel are responsible for maintaining and managing UT Southwestern's parking facilities and related services. This office is also responsible for the disbursement of University parking decals and managing the computerized parking decal system.

This office employs uniformed personnel who are responsible for a wide variety of services, which include but are not limited to; manning parking entrance/exit booths or gates, collecting parking fees, issuing campus parking citations, patrolling parking facilities and loading zones, and motorist assists duties.
