Dallas, TX  75390-8591

Pricing: The cost of each SNP assays is $0.30 plus the cost of the ABI probes.  The cost of the ABI probes should be around $0.50 per sample.  There are several options regarding the ordering of the TaqMan probes from ABI.  Probes can be ordered from ABI’s extensive list of pre-designed probes (Assays-By-Design) or ABI can design and test probes (Assays-On-Demand) if your SNP is not included in this list.  A third option is to design and order the probes yourself.  Each method has associated benefits and costs.  See the ABI home page for more information: http://home.appliedbiosystems.com

Sample Requirements: We need 3 ul of genomic DNA (10 ng/ul) for each SNP you wish to have assayed
