In addition to comprehensive patient management for any neonatal condition, University Neonatal Services faculty provide inpatient evaluations and management for neonates with neurologic problems, metabolic disorders, surgical problems, and perinatal and neonatal infections. We offer extensive multidisciplinary inpatient evaluations of preterm and term infants at Parkland Memorial Hospital and Children's Medical Center.  Follow-up care for very-low-birth-weight and high risk infants is provided by University Neonatal Services in a specialized Low-Birth-Weight Clinic at Children's Medical Center.
