For more information, or to schedule an appointment, please call: 214-456-2084

Clinic Hours

Monday: 7:45 AM-5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Friday: 7:45 AM-5:00 PM

Individuals are seen by appointment only. Your insurance company may require a referral from your primary care provider for your appointment to be made.

Patients are expected to arrive on time for their appointments. Any cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. If you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule that appointment.

Clinic and laboratory reports from each visit will be sent to your primary care physician and other healthcare providers that you request. Language translation service is available.

For Your Appointment

If you are being referred for possible allergies, allergy testing may be performed. Please stop all antihistamines (such as Benadryl, Allegra, Clarinex, Claritin, Zyrtec) one week prior to the appointment. These medications interfere with allergy testing.

If you are being referred for possible asthma or any other breathing problems, pulmonary function testing may be performed. Please do not use any bronchodilators   (Albuterol, Xopenex, Maxair, Serevent, Advair) the day of your appointment. These medications will interfere with lung function testing.

Please bring all medications being used (prescriptions, over-the-counter, vitamins, herbal remedies). If you have them, please bring your peak flow meter, spacer, and asthma diary.
