• The constituents in and use of the specialized liquid diets/formulas, including tube-feeding diets.
  
  
• Principals of Total Parenteral Nutrition.
  
  
• Evaluation of children with chronic diarrheal syndromes.
  
  
• Evaluation of children with cholestatic liver disease.
