The HIV Testing Clinic is located on the 5th floor of the Bank of America Building at the exit of Beckley & Zang on Interstate 35. Physical address is 400 S. Zang Blvd. Suite 520 Dallas, Texas 75208.

Hours of Operation:

Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm by appointment only.

Lewisville, Carrolton, and Denton:

Head south on Interstate 35-E towards Dallas. Pass the downtown area and continue south on Interstate 35-E towards Waco. Take the 12th Street/Beckley Ave. exit (#425B). Continue past the light and make a right onto the Bank of America parking lot. (Free parking if less than an hour, or park in front of the building on Zang Blvd.)

Hurst, Euless, Bedford, and Irving:

Head east on US HWY 183 towards Dallas; heading past the south entry of DFW airport.  Continue on US HWY 183 towards Dallas and merge onto Interstate 35-E. Head south on Interstate 35-E towards Dallas. Pass the downtown area and continue south on Interstate 35-E towards Waco. Take the 12th Street/Beckley Ave. exit (#425B). Continue past the light and make a right onto the Bank of America parking lot. (Free parking if less than an hour, or park in front of the building on Zang Blvd.)

Fort Worth, Arlington, and Grand Prairie:

Head east on Interstate 20 towards Dallas. Take exit #464A and head north onto US HWY 67 towards Dallas. US HWY 67 and Interstate 35-E will merge together. Continue heading north on US HWY 67 and north on Interstate 35-E towards downtown Dallas. Take the Beckley Ave/Zang Blvd exit (#425) and continue onto Zang Blvd. Make a right onto Zang Blvd. The Bank of America building will be at your front and right side. Continue on Zang past the light and park across from the building to your left. 

Duncanville, Desoto, and Cedar Hill:

Duncanville and Desoto head north on US HWY 67 towards Dallas / Cedar Hill head north on Interstate 35-E towards Dallas. HWY 67 and Interstate 35-E will merge together. Continue heading north on US HWY 67 and north on Interstate 35-E towards downtown Dallas. Take the Beckley Ave/Zang Blvd exit (#425) and continue onto Zang Blvd. Make a right onto Zang Blvd. The Bank of America building will be at your front and right side. Continue on Zang past the light and park across from the building to your left.

Mesquite, Garland, and Rowlett:

Head towards Interstate 30 heading to Dallas. (Mesquite move W on HWY 80; Garland head south on Garland Rd./E. Grand until you come across Interstate 30; Rowlett move west on Interstate 30/W US 67) Continue west on Interstate 30 and pass the downtown area. Take the Interstate 35-E exit towards Waco. Continue heading south on Interstate 35-E towards Waco. Take the 12th Street/Beckley Ave. exit (#425B). Continue past the light and make a right onto the Bank of America parking lot. (Free parking if less than an hour, or park in front of the building on Zang Blvd.)

Richardson, Addison, Plano, and N. Dallas:

Head south of US-75/N. Central Expressway towards downtown Dallas. Take exit #1A heading towards Interstate 35-E. Take Interstate 35-E towards Waco. Pass the downtown area and continue south on Interstate 35-E towards Waco. Take the 12th Street/Beckley Ave. exit (#425B). Continue past the light and make a right onto the Bank of America parking lot. (Free parking if less than an hour, or park in front of the building on Zang Blvd.)
