Rail - DART’s Trinity Railway Express/Medical Center Station is located at the rear of UT Southwestern Medical Center’s South Campus, off Southwestern Medical Avenue (formerly Medical Center Drive).

Bus - Several DART bus stops are located along Harry Hines Boulevard — a short walk from many UT Southwestern buildings.

• Harry Hines and Lofland Street: A short walk from University Hospital - Zale Lipshy, the Aston Building and the Sprague Building.
  
• North Campus: Clements Imaging Building and Seay Building/Simmons Comprehensive Cancer Center.
  
• Exchange Park: Near Exchange Park.
