The Cardiac Imaging Program at UT Southwestern Medical Center uses a variety of medical examinations to accurately diagnose patient conditions. These examinations include:
- Calcium scoring
- Cardiac computed tomography (CT)
- Cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
- Coronary artery CTA
- MUGA (multiple gated acquisition) scans
- PET (positron emission tomography) cardiac imaging
- Cardiac perfusion imaging
