UT Southwestern Medical Center has a caring staff of medical professionals who are committed to enhancing patients’ quality of life, as well as meeting the needs of patients’ families. We can direct patients to a variety of informative and enriching support groups and other resources, which can be tailored to meet specific needs.

At UT Southwestern, excellence in patient care includes helping point the way to resources patients may not be familiar with, but which have proved invaluable to others. We trust these services will assist patients as they move forward on the road to healing and improved health.

American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (AAAAI)
The AAAAI has more than 6,300 members, making it the largest professional medical specialty organization in the United States, representing allergists, clinical immunologists, allied health professionals, and others with a special interest in treating and researching diseases such as allergic rhinitis, asthma, atopic dermatitis/eczema and anaphylaxis.

American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy (AAOA)
The AAOA’s mission is to enhance the knowledge of otolaryngologists who specialize in the medical and surgical treatment of sinusitis, allergic rhinitis and other allergy-related conditions.

American College of Allergy and Asthma (ACAAI)
The goals of the ACAAI include being the world leader in providing clinically relevant continuing education that reflects state-of-the-art science in all areas pertinent to allergic diseases and selected related conditions. Established in 1942, the ACAAI is dedicated to improving the quality of patient care in allergy and immunology through research, advocacy and professional public education.
