Study Title: Adipose Tissue Cellularity in Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

Purpose of the Study: The purpose of this study is to determine if polycystic ovarian syndrome is associated with a high-risk fat cell pattern
Participant Eligibility: Premenopausal women, 20-40 years old. Women without PCOS will need to have regular menstrual cycles ( ≈28 to 35 days) for at least a year prior to participation in the study.
Disease/Condition Under Study: Polycystic ovarian syndrome.
