Purpose of the Study: Evaluate the safety and efficacy of long-term administration of Rufinamide in patients with Refractory Partial Onset Seizures.
Participant Eligibility: * Must have completed or be enrolled in the Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Rufinamide study. * Patients from the age of 18-80.
Disease/Condition Under Study: Epilepsy-Refractory Partial Onset Seizures.
