Study Title: Efficacy of Bladder Cancer Screening in a High Risk Population

Purpose of the Study: This study will hopes to detect bladder cancer at an early stage to prevent progression of the disease and improve survival.
Participant Eligibility: Subjects have to be older than 50 years of age and have a greater than 10 pack year (10 years x 1 pack per day) smoking history or are over 50 years of age with a significant (>15 year) environmental/occupational exposure

Other Information: This tests involves the patient providing a small amount of urine for the test. Results will be giving within 15 minutes. If a positive test occurs, the patient will undergo further bladder cancer testing that is standard of care.
