Study Title: GOG-209: A Randomized Phase III Trial of Doxorubicin/Cisplatin/Paclitaxel/G-CSF vs. Carboplatin/Paclitaxel in Patients with Stage III & IV or Recurrent Endometrial Cancer

Purpose of the Study: This study is being done on women who have cancer of the endometrium that cannot be cured with surgery or radiation therapy. Current treatment is a three-drug combination chemotherapy. This trial will compare the three-drug chemotherapy to a 2-drug combination chemotherapy.
Participant Eligibility: Patients must have Stage III or Stage IV or recurrent endometrial cancer.
