Study Title: GOG-204: Randomized Phase III Trial of Paclitaxel Plus Cisplatin Versus Vinorelbine Plus Cisplatin in Stage IVB, Recurrent or Persistent Carcinoma of the Cervix

Purpose of the Study: Standard of care for cervical tumor which is not curable by surgery or radiation is chemotherapy using cisplatin. The purpose of this research study is to determine the best chemotherapy drug to be given with cisplatin.
Participant Eligibility: Patients with primary Stage IVB or recurrent or persistent carcinoma of the cervix.
