The regulation of G protein signaling by RGS protein.
The role of PIP2 on the regulation of ROMK Channels function.
The relationship between endocytosis and ROMK protein trafficking.
Using patch clamp technique to recording Cl- currents in pancreatic and submandibular acinar and duct cells to understand the molecular mechanism underlying signal transduction in cells.
Studying the role of the newly discovered CFTR and ENaC in submandibular acinar and duct cells for the secretion.
