 RESEARCH OVERVIEW
 
Dr. Brickner is the director of the Audre and Bernard Rapaport Center for Cardiovascular Disease Research, focusing on congenital heart disease in adults. Cutrrent investigative efforts include projects to identify barries to health care access (lack of patient knowledge, lack of physician knowledge, insurance issues, etc.), pregnancy outcomes in women with congenital heart disease, and physiologic determinants of exercise capacity in adults after the Fontan operation.
