Dr. Chuo Chen received his B.S. degree from National Taiwan University in 1995. He obtained his Ph.D. degree from Harvard University in 2001 under the direction of Prof. Matthew D. Shair. He then received postdoctoral training in Prof. Stuart L. Schreiber’s laboratory at Harvard University as a Howard Hughes Medical Institute research fellow. He joined the faculty of Biochemistry at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas in 2004. He is currently a Southwestern Medical Foundation Scholar in Biomedical Research.
