Karen Heller is certified as a genetic counselor by the American Board of Medical Genetics and the American Board of Genetic Counseling. She led genetic counseling services at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas from 1983-1993, and ran a private practice from 1993-2003. In her current position at Veripath Laboratories in the Department of Pathology, she facilitates clinical genetic testing services and counseling for the greater Dallas community.
