Dr. Ariizumi has served on the faculty of UT Southwestern Medical Center, Department of Dermatology since 1992. His research interests include: vaccination to melanoma using a genetically modified dendritic cells; role of C-type lectin receptors in innate immunity; and negative regulation of T cel-mediated immunity.
